Sesto San Giovanni, l’Ex Stalingrado d’Italia, al via il più grande progetto di rigenerazione urbana in Italia e uno dei principali a livello europeo. Il fondo immobiliare Unione 0 avvia lo sviluppo del primo lotto privato, con un investimento da 500 milioni di euro, di circa 250.000 metri quadrati di superficie costruita che si inserisce nel più ampio progetto della partnership tra Hines e Prelios che consentirà il rilancio di un’area di 1,5 milioni di metri quadrati, dove fino al secolo scorso sorgevano le Acciaierie Falck.
Sesto San Giovanni,the former Stalingrad of Italy, the largest urban regeneration project in Italy and one of the main ones in Europe gets underway. The Unione 0 real estate fund will start development of the first private lot, with a 500 million euro investment, of approximately 250,000 square metres of built surface area, which is part of the wider project of the partnership between Hines and Prelios that will allow the revitalisation of an area of 1.5 million square metres, where the Falck Steelworks stood until the last century.
