Parigi è una città frenetica, che corre verso il futuro. Questa grande macchina non ha alcun interesse per le persone che non corrono alla stessa velocità. È una centrifuga che respinge i rifiuti ai bordi. Lì, lungo l’anello periferico, è dove i migranti costruiscono i loro accampamenti. Alcuni di loro sono caduti nella dipendenza dal crack e a loro si sono uniti alcuni rinnegati francesi. Condividono le giornate con l’unica missione comune: trovare soldi per poi trovare crack. Il comune della “banlieue” di Pantin ha costruito un muro per chiudere il tunnel che da Parigi porta alla periferia, per evitare che i tossicodipendenti escano da Parigi.
Paris is a busy city, running to the future. This big machine has just no interest in people who don’t spin at the same speed. It is a centrifuge that rejects the waste at the edges. There, along the peripheral ring, is where migrants use to build their campings. Some of them fall into crack addiction and then they get joined by some french renegade. They share the days with the only common mission: find money to find crack. The municipality of the Pantin “banlieue” has built a wall to close the tunnel that leads from Paris to the suburbs, to prevent drug addicts from leaving Paris.
